Formation

Faith formation is at the heart of our mission. Across the Trust, we offer opportunities for staff, governors, and wider community members to deepen their understanding of Catholic teaching and grow in their spiritual journey.

Our formation programme includes the RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) for those exploring or preparing to enter the Catholic Church (our 2024/25 group are pictured below), as well as the Foundations of Faith course, running throughout the 2025–26 academic year. These sessions:

• Improve and reinforce Catholic theology and spirituality

• Develop religious literacy on both a personal and professional level

• Provide efficient and effective Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

• Provide an enjoyable and rewarding experience, supporting individuals at every stage of their faith journey
