Pastoral & Behaviour Manager

Overview

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their best, both academically and personally?  Do you bring empathy, resilience, and strong organisational skills to everything you do?  We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Pastoral Manager to play a key role in supporting the wellbeing and development of our students.

At St Simon Stock Catholic School, we pride ourselves on our inclusive and caring community. Our pastoral team works closely with students, families, and staff to provide guidance, encouragement, and effective support strategies, ensuring that every young person feels safe, valued, and able to flourish.

Salary & Benefits

Kent Scheme E (£27,852 to £29,716 FTE) (£24,279 to £25,904 approx pro rata)

37 hours per week.  Term time plus 7 days to include 5 CPD days (39 weeks plus 2 paid on claims days per year)
