Our experienced School Improvement Team plays a vital role in supporting and challenging our schools to ensure they deliver the highest possible outcomes for children.

Guided by the Trust Board, our school improvement efforts are shaped by three key priorities:

Targeted support for individual schools to help them grow and thrive.

Ongoing review of provision to ensure both the Trust and its schools are effectively meeting the needs of their communities.

Strengthening leadership, management, and governance across all schools.
