Trust Annual H&S Report Template:
Please find below the downloadable Health & Safety Annual Report form, it has been revised to include accident data covering the whole year and replaces the need for termly accident data to be reported to the Trust office.
Each school needs to ensure that their annual report is completed on all activity for the 2021/22 academic year and returned to office@kcsp.org.uk by 30 September 2024 at the latest.
